Pay Range: $82,318.00 - $109,764.00
The Retail Channel Manager leads and develops a retail team to build the skills, structure and processes to improve the overall performance of the channel (i. e. voice channel, digital channel, etc. ). Responsible for implementing performance metrics that ensure the highest level of function, service and quality within the designated channel. Assist other management team members in identifying trends, meeting current and future needs, establishing goals and ensuring performance metrics are achieved.
Physical Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience
- 5 years relevant experience, preferably in banking or call center
- 3 years experience in a leadership role preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coaching skills, principals of management, ability to supervise staff.
- Substantial experience with project and time management best practices.
- Understands and applies basic concepts of statistics and data analysis.
Tasks Performed:
- 50% Leads and provides oversight to a team of direct reports and a network of indirect reports comprised of retail team members to achieve performance targets for identified customer channels. Supervise retail team leaders who are responsible for multi-channel job functions and service delivery. Provides support, direction and training to assigned staff. Responsible for coaching employees to achieve top performance.
- 20% Deliver superior customer experience by building a high functioning department which includes the development of metrics, relevant performance reviews and processes.
- 10% Responsible for the logistics of scheduling and workflow processes.
- 10% Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency, documents barriers to achieving desired results and makes recommendation to improve service levels.
- 5% Participate in the development of new systems capabilities to grow the business, improve performance and decrease costs.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
