Pay Range: $60,450.00 - $76,619.00
The Risk Business Analyst- (IAG) is responsible for the automation, support, documentation, development and evolution of the company’s Identity and Access program. This program includes access entitlement reviews, auditing, access request automation, onboarding/offboarding automation, privileged access management and the design and implementation of entitlement models. This position will be accountable for working on multiple projects and continue to develop the Identity Access and Governance (IAG) program with support from the Governance Risk Manager.
Education and Experience:

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, data analytics, business or information systems, or equivalent education and experience, preferred.
- 3 years of experience
- Understanding of banking applications, functions and processes.
- Data Analysis skill.
- Self starter with Strong communications skills, verbal and written with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead meetings and act as project lead
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- 30% Develop, enhance, test, document and manage automation processes to support daily operations within Saviynt, including addressing production issues.
- 20% Initiation of access reviews manually or within Saviynt meeting completion deadlines and compliance requirements.
- 15% Represent the security needs of the organization by providing assistance in all Technology projects regarding IAM security. Ensure IAM systems are in compliance with security requirements.
- 15% Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to educate employees about our principles, processes and best practices. Includes maintaining hub page and policy.
- 10% Lead audits through gathering of data, documentation and reporting.
- 5% Deliver detailed reports and insights to senior management support IAG program
- 5% Other duties as assigned
