As of January 1, 2025, there are new increase adjustments to the state's pay plans which were approved by the State Human Resources Commission. Effective February 1, 2025, the new salary range for this position will be $35,984.00 - $62,971.00. Prior applicants will remain under consideration and do not need to reapply.
The Department of Adult Correction, Division of Community Supervision is seeking a Judicial Services Supervisor (JSS) to work with members and officials of the judicial system, community agencies, victims, and offenders. Judicial Services Supervisor is frequently in court and will be in direct control of work assignments for personnel within the area which will include court processing, assignment of cases, and monitoring caseloads thru CSAS to maintain a balance among staff.
The mission of Community Supervision is to protect the safety of citizens in communities throughout the state by providing viable alternatives and meaningful supervision to offenders on probation, parole, or post-release supervision. The primary goal of Community Supervision is to reach an equal balance of control and treatment for offenders that will positively affect their behavior and lifestyle patterns.
The JSS will determine assignment process and make adjustments in order to meet demands of the court. Position will ensure that case data is accurately reflected in OPUS and CSAS. The JSS will also make certain that cases are processed timely and accurately.
Incumbent will be responsible for review and approval of staff work within the unit. This entails:

or
