We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a New Home Sales Associate. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, build lasting relationships with clients, and guide them through the entire sales process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
Sell the dream of home ownership with Neal CommunitiesProvide prospective buyers with valuable model and home site presentation toursFollow-up and follow-through with new leads and buyers from initial contact to closing in a consistent and timely mannerManage and maintain a clean prospect lead bank in our CRM systemMaintain a positive customer experience by setting accurate expectations and educating customers on the home building / buying process.Overcome sales objections; close the sale!Document transactions and cancellations and track the progress of loans, options, and construction processComplete, update, and submit all weekly, monthly, and quarterly forms, assignments, and reportsConduct competition shopping to understand the local, new construction marketDevelop positive business relationships with the public / prospective buyers, homebuyers, and lendersPerform consistent Realtor and Community outreach to build awareness of Neal Communities.Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.Manage model center like your own business, maintain it clean, presentable, and in working orderMaintain sales offices and model homes stocked with marketing materialsContribute to team effort by accomplishing individual and community sales goalsAttend bi-monthly company meetings, occasional call nights, and other special events :Sales Meetings take place at 8 : 00 am (Location TBD)

WHAT YOU BRING :
Previous new home sales experience working for a new home builder is requiredPassion for sales with a positive go-getter attitudeHighly motivated and results-oriented; eager to take on new challenges4 Year College Degree in any field is requiredAbility to organize, coordinate, multi-task, and complete work accurately while meeting deadlinesMust be able to establish excellent customer relationships and be a strong closerDemonstrate the desire and ability to gain knowledge of product, company, and sales processesExcellent communication skills and attention to detail with moderate computer skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
