Front Desk Gym Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Attendant at a Gym to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational, communcation, customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including but not limited to answer phones, gym tours, membership...
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, membership, and general information.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the Gym.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Available to work Weekend Shifts: Friday 4-8pm, Sat & Sun 12-6pm
• Previous customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Prior experience in a gym is a plus, but not required!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Night shift

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Wilmington, NC 28411 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Wilmington, NC 28411: Relocate before starting work (Required)
