NC Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Evaluation Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for conducting Comprehensive Clinical Assessments (CCAs) daily, ensuring medical necessity for youth entering services, and maintaining compliance with Medicaid standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily CCAs for youth entering behavioral health services.
- Review clinical assessments and Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) to ensure compliance.
- Attend Mecklenburg Juvenile Court on Mondays and Thursdays to support service linkages.
- Assist in training contracted assessors and provide quarterly documentation training.
- Collaborate with program managers to maintain a steady referral flow and ensure appropriate service connections.
Qualifications:
- Fully licensed LCSW or LCMHC (No associate-level licensure)
- 3 years of experience conducting CCAs and working with at-risk youth
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid standards and medical necessity criteria
- Experience in juvenile justice or court advocacy preferred
- Excellent organizational and training skills
