Duties
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by following food safety protocols.
- Support cooks and chefs in various kitchen tasks, including chopping, mixing, and cooking.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of banquet events as needed.
- Buss tables and assist with dishwashing to ensure timely service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- A background in culinary arts or hospitality can be beneficial.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
