About the Position: As a In Store Product Support Sales Representative based in East Wenatchee, WA you will be contacting customers via phone to grow market share by actively selling and promoting the entire product line and "value - added" services. You will inform all customers of applicable products and programs, including financial and merchandising plans, and handle customer concerns quickly, through the proper channels. You will be expected to meet administrative requirements to complete appropriate paperwork, log and input data, manage expenses, follow leads and understand and follow policies. The chosen candidate will professionally represent the company by continuing industry education and attending meetings, by coordinating with member companies, other departments and fellow employees, through cleanliness and proper attire and with articulate and effective communication. It will be very important for you to promote and adhere to strict safety standards and maintain company assets in good condition.
To become an ace in this role, the successful candidate will have: Solid technical skills, problem-solving capabilities and genuinely like to work with people. Capacity to learn our business well so a minimum of high school education is required combined with 2-3 years of business experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, engineering drawings, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals is necessary for this role. Communicating both verbally and written will ensure that the customer fully understands our products. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
