Overview
Threat Detection & Safety Services (TDSS) delivers innovative, reliable, and effective safety solutions to clients across industries. We provide metal detector rentals and sales, security camera installations, remote GSOC monitoring, mobile surveillance trailers, and more. We're expanding — and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Commission: Competitive, uncapped – the more you sell, the more you make

What You’ll Be Selling
Metal Detector Purchases, Rentals, and Maintenance Plans
Commercial & Industrial Security Camera Installations
24/7 Remote Monitoring via our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC)
Mobile Surveillance Units (Lot Cameras)
Custom-tailored safety & technology packages for schools, businesses, events, etc.
Schedule & Accountability
Must clock a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required to track and report activity, including sales calls, follow-ups, client meetings, and deal status
Must use company tools (training provided) to log and prove work performance
Education Requirements (Any)
Highschool/GED

Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (B2B or B2G preferred) Strong communication & presentation skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable with outbound prospecting and in-person sales Experience selling tech, security services, or facilities services is a plus Ability to learn our solutions and explain them clearly to non-technical buyers Professional demeanor and attention to detail Based in or near North Carolina (or willing to travel regionally as needed) Strong organizational skills – ability to manage pipeline and sales goals Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and basic reporting (or willingness to learn)
