The Football General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the player personnel and recruiting department, including talent identification, recruiting action plan, staff management, budgeting, and strategic planning for roster management and player acquisition. The GM will report directly to the head football coach and work in conjunction with the director of football operations and other stakeholders to ensure the program's success on and off the field.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution
