Description
- Coordinate and design materials for various print and digital campaigns including websites, advertisements, emails, collateral, products, social media, infographics and other communications
- Design rough layouts with sketches and mock-ups to illustrate concepts, typography and arrangement
- Create illustrations, pictures and graphics that reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
- Provide drafts and revise based on the feedback from management and project stakeholders
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final products reflect project specifications
- Adhere to project deadlines and brand guidelines under supervision of senior creative manager
- Participate in team brainstorming to generate creative concepts and solutions
- Plan concepts by researching current trends, relevant information and project materials
- Collaborate with team members on concept refinement
- Support the senior digital marketing manager in website management and design for digital marketing channels
- Coordinate, design and place orders for conference and event graphics to include collateral, signage and giveaways
- Coordinate the upload and maintenance of marketing images and assets within the content management system
- Collaborate with video production team to create graphics and provide feedback as needed
- Design internal communications such as event invitations, fundraiser materials, holiday cards, etc.
- Research target markets, trade trends, design as needed
- Maintain design files, file structure and archives as needed

- Bachelor’s degree, AA degree or technical degree in graphic design
- Minimum three years of work experience in a graphic design position
- Strong background digital marketing and brand awareness preferred
- Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-task, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment
- Creativity, initiative, organization, good judgment, and the ability to express thoughts clearly and simply
- Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and research skills
- Must be proactive, positive, a team player, and have a “get it done” approach
- Must be dependable in attendance and performance
- Portfolio required for job application
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in digital marketing tools preferred (HubSpot, WordPress)
- Project management, content management and/or html knowledge preferred
- Proficient in using Mac computers
