Description
1. Create and design materials for various print and digital channels including websites, campaigns, advertisements, emails, collateral, products, infographics and other communications
- Communicate and collaborate with team members about layout, design and project specifications
- Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
- Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on the feedback received
- Review final productions for errors and ensure that final products reflect project specifications.
- Adhere to brand guidelines under supervision of senior marketing manager.
2. Participate in brainstorming and generating creative concepts and solutions
3. Create and design graphics and signage for conferences and event
4. Revitalize and update existing ads, campaigns and marketing collateral as needed
5. Assist digital marketing team in creating graphics and visual content for social media channels
6. Collaborate with video production team to create graphics and provide design feedback for videos
7. Design internal communications such as event invitations, fundraiser materials, holiday cards, etc.
8. Research target markets, trade trends, design as needed
9. Maintain design files, file structure and archives as needed
