JOB OVERVIEW:
At NCCI, we’re looking for a Talent Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll consult our key business partners, building strong relationships with them to better assess and understand their team’s learning needs. If you’re passionate about instructional design and delivering top talent development solutions, this role may be for you. You’ll have the opportunity to help create a cohesive, collaborative, and adaptable team environment using innovative blended learning and teambuilding approaches.
This position will work in a flexible-hybrid environment. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance to our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Design and Development
- Create and deliver effective learning solutions and programs
- Blend various learning components into seamless solutions, including instructor-led sessions (in-person, hybrid, and virtual), e-learnings, micro-learnings, social, and experiential learning
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design structured learning paths that build critical knowledge and emerging skills
- Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business objectives
- Develop and implement measurement strategies to assess effectiveness and impact of learning solutions
- Communicate learning outcomes to key stakeholders through effective reporting
- Stay current in industry research, theory, trends, methods, and techniques
- Continuously seek out and integrate new technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Oversee processes, programs, and vendors to support Talent Development, including InsideOut Coaching, LinkedIn Learning, Insights Discovery, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years experience designing, implementing, learning solutions across various formats (classroom, online/on-demand, social, and experiential)
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and knowledge of measurement frameworks (ie: Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation)
- Knowledge of talent development standards, adult learning principles, learning needs analysis, and agile development approaches
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, consulting, and facilitation skills
- Ability to innovate, create engaging learning experiences, manage multiple projects, and meet critical deadlines
- Experience in instructional design, learning technology, and training evaluation
- Familiarity of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with multimedia curriculum development and learning technology
- Understanding of LMS integration, AICC and SCORM compliance, assessment/report functionality
- In-depth knowledge of authoring tools (ie: Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.)
- Certifications in organization development, learning, instructional design, or technology
- Familiarity with user experience, voice of the customer methodologies, and design thinking
- Work for the leader in workers compensation information providing data, insights, and tools for almost 1,000 insurance companies
