• Starting wage for this position is $17.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience**
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience and 1 year of supervisory experience

Responsibilities

Our Housekeeping Supervisor supervises the housekeeping, laundry and public area staff, providing a respectful, friendly and fun work environment.

• Manages the housekeeping department in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence
• Maintains property, laundry and public areas systems and checklists
• Ensures the compliance of health and safety standards
• Maintains key control procedure and daily verification of all keys in department
• Adheres to department guidelines for employee scheduling, breaks and meal periods
• Assists in daily room inspections
• Performs all primary housekeeping related tasks including laundry, rooms, and public areas cleaning
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Must be able to work weekends and during the day
• Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong oral and interpersonal skills
• Team player attitude to ensure a smooth property operation
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and honesty
