ncgCARE is seeking a resourceful, motivated, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Risk Director to join our talented team. In this critical role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and payor requirements across our clinical operations. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), you’ll partner closely with clinical partners to enhance operational integrity and manage risk.
Daily, you’ll take ownership of key responsibilities such as conducting audits, responding to regulatory and payor inspections, and coordinating accreditation reviews. You’ll also lead investigations, monitor incident reports, and serve as an escalation point for consumer complaints. By communicating critical findings and updates to Partner Leadership and the CLO, you’ll help drive continuous improvement in compliance and risk management.

Minimum Requirements:
- If Bachelor's prepared in a field such as Business, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant clinical discipline, then you must have a minimum of five (5) years proven clinical operations leadership (supervisory and above) experience.
- If Master's prepared in Business, Healthcare Administration or relevant clinical discipline, it's preferred that you have at least three (3) years proven clinical operations leadership experience.
Salary Range: $71,218.00 – $78,808.00 annually

Position Description:
- Conduct scheduled and unannounced audits in alignment with the annual compliance plan.
- Coordinate responses to regulatory and payor audits/inspections and ensure proper tracking.
- Manage accreditation-required activities and reviews.
- Lead investigations related to clients and employees.
- Monitor incident reports and manage internal escalation and third-party notifications as needed.
- Serve as the escalation point for consumer complaints.
- Communicate results, corrective actions, and regulatory changes to leadership.
