ncgCARE is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Payor Relations to join our leadership team. In this high-impact role, you will drive the development, negotiation, and execution of third-party payer contracts, ensuring optimal reimbursement and fostering strong relationships with payers, governmental agencies, and industry partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, you’ll lead initiatives to improve contract terms, align payer strategies with organizational goals, and enhance financial outcomes.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping our approach to managed care, leveraging your expertise to develop innovative contracting strategies, analyze payer performance metrics, and resolve complex contractual issues. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of ncgCARE by optimizing relationships and expanding partnerships.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in healthcare contract negotiation and payer relations, with a proven track record of securing contracts and improving reimbursement structures.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, contract management systems, and reimbursement modeling software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Salary: The compensation for the Vice President of Payor Relations is commensurate with experience and includes eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
