Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (required); Master's degree (preferred).
- 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 5 years in leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and payer-specific guidelines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
