The Opportunity:
The position is responsible for providing safe and accurate medication order entry and quality dispensing of medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Maintain operational department standards to ensure quality medication management systems are not compromised.
The starting pay range for this role is $17.50 - $19.50 based on experience. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Works with management on safety initiatives and adheres to scheduled working hours with regular and predictable attendance.
- Accurately and efficiently completes data entry of medication orders for verification
- Accurately and efficiently prepares packages/labels medication orders
- Receives and stores incoming pharmaceuticals and/or supplies
- Ensures maintenance of accurate pharmaceutical inventory. Informs pharmacist(s) of stock needs and shortages
- Ensures integrity of pharmaceuticals by managing outdates and storage in the pharmacy and throughout the organization.
- Ensures accurate billing for all pharmaceuticals
- Maintains compliance with record keeping standards
- Cleans and helps maintain equipment and work areas.
- Delivers and/or picks up medication(s) and/or order(s) from designated care areas
- Proficiently utilizes with pharmacy, wholesaler, and electronic medical record systems
- Responds to inquiries either in person or via other sources and appropriately responds or triages information.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year work experience
- Proficient in data entry and keyboarding
- Preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician (CphT)
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License and use of a personal vehicle
- Person-centered service in all interactions

- This job is full-time and in person. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
