Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales, and payroll accounts.
- Review contracts, process monthly billing, and monitor accounts receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly Social Security reports and sales tax returns.
- Provide support to Supervisors and assist with processing timecards.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a professional bookkeeper.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation, a current California driver’s license, and ongoing proof of state-required auto insurance.
