We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Coordinator for Individual Placement to join our IP Department. In this role, you will be responsible for case management and program supervision of your assigned caseload, with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. This is a management position and has subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous instruction and support for individuals, focusing on vocational growth and training objectives that align with their abilities and development.
- Collaborate with management to address worksite challenges and assess potential crew opportunities.
- Oversee individual assessments to determine goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective placement of individuals served.
- Attend meetings related to matters impacting the design or change of services for individuals served.
- Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and suitable behaviors.
Qualifications, Required Skills, and Experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (driving is required for this position)
- Ability to pass a LiveScan background check
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be organized, multi-task, and prioritize
- Computer and technology skills/knowledge
- Bi-lingual preferred, but not required
Compensation
The anticipated hiring salary for this full-time position is $23 per hour, with a full salary schedule range of $23.00 - $25.00.
