As an Individual Placement (IP) Job Coach in our Client Services Department, you will be providing support and training to the individuals served at their community integrated worksite.

Provide individuals with continuous instructions for work specific to vocational growth and training objectives that guarantee and correspond with abilities and development.
Execute and monitor contract requirements to ensure quality of workmanship and customer expectations are being satisfied.
Maintain a courteous, positive, enthusiastic, well-mannered and professional demeanor while working with Individuals served and the community.
Promote and instruct the development of client advocacy skills, as well as advocate on the Individual’s behalf.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license as driving is a must for this position
- Must be able to successfully pass a LiveScan background check
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be patient, compassionate, and able to be a role model for adults with disabilities
- Must work weekends
This is a part-time position with flexible hours!
Anticipated hiring range is $19.50 per hour
