Job Summary :
The Carrier Sales Representative plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with carrier partners. This individual will identify, onboard, and manage carriers to meet the needs of NCMC Freights customers. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and negotiation to ensure shipments are completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Carrier Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners.
Source, onboard, and qualify carriers to meet customer requirements.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and capacity shifts.
Work closely with the Customer Sales team to align carrier capacity with customer demand.
