Lola’s Bistro is searching for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our team as we prepare to open our doors in late May or early June in Chagrin Falls, OH. This French-inspired restaurant will offer an elevated yet inviting dining experience, blending classic flavors with modern execution in a warm and stylish setting.
We are looking for a dynamic, service-driven leader who thrives in high-energy environments and is committed to excellence in hospitality, operations, and team development. As General Manager, you will be instrumental in bringing our vision to life, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and financial performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on hospitality and efficiency
- Implement and uphold service standards that align with the restaurant’s French-inspired concept
- Work closely with the culinary team to create a cohesive front- and back-of-house experience
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls to ensure profitability
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture while delivering best-in-class guest experiences
- Be the face of Lola’s Bistro, engaging with guests and the community to build lasting relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Manager (or similar leadership role) in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine preferred
- A hands-on leader who is equally comfortable on the floor and behind the scenes
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, labor, and cost control
- A passion for hospitality, team development, and creating unforgettable dining experiences
