As the GTM Product Manager, Payments Growth in the Restaurants Industry, you will play a critical role defining and innovating how to seamlessly integrate payments across multiple products to provide both innovative and value-added workflows for the single site operator through large enterprise organizations. In this role, you will lead collaboration across NCR Voyix product teams including software, hardware and services to deliver on our core promise to help our customers run their restaurants. You should wake up every day with a goal to make restaurant payments core to our offering and to our customers.

As the GTM Product Manager, Payments Growth in the Restaurants Industry, you will play a critical role defining and innovating how to seamlessly integrate payments across multiple products to provide both innovative and value-added workflows for the single site operator through large enterprise organizations. In this role, you will lead collaboration across NCR Voyix product teams including software, hardware and services to deliver on our core promise to help our customers run their restaurants. You should wake up every day with a goal to make restaurant payments core to our offering and to our customers.
Effectiveness in this role requires the ability to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consisting of engineering, quality, operations, marketing, services and sales, to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and execute project plans
- Drive the product lifecycle management of hardware from concept through discontinuation.
- Report on health and financial aspects of your solution
- Drive continuous product improvement by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and monitoring product performance to ensure continued success of products
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements or new product development
- Willingness to engage with customers and recruit customers to act as “advisor users” to co-create innovative products
- Work with global teams across multiple regions and time zones
- Manage knowledge transfers with Pre-Sales and Sales to ensure NCR’s sales organization is equipped with the product knowledge required to close deals
- Communicate your vision for global growth to internal and external stakeholders
- Create and present business cases to VP and ELT stakeholders
- Learn NCR product capabilities and align with the strategy to drive
