Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Restaurant objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide strategic insights and recos to leadership based on data analysis and market trends.
Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives, including financial modeling and risk assessment. Includes resource requirements, KPI expectations and readiness assessments.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as necessary.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Mentor and develop junior members of the cross functional resources driving the work.
Educational & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5-10 years of experience in consulting, strategy or similar analytics-based roles preferred
Experience with a multi-national firm; technology and SAAS experience preferred
Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
