Position Summary:
The Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and support of our company's infrastructure strategy, with a focus on Network, and Perimeter Security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, along with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

The Vice President of Infrastructure Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, implementation, and support of our company's infrastructure strategy, with a focus on Network, and Perimeter Security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, along with exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead the infrastructure engineering team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy that supports the company's business objectives and growth plans.
- Familiarity with cloud designs and architecture, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Manage network technology initiatives, including the design, deployment, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Familiarity with different compute resources, Virtual machine, and Container infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with other technology leaders and stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with overall business and technology goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure performance, reliability, and security.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Mentor and develop the infrastructure engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record of leadership in a senior management role.
- Strong expertise in cloud design and architecture, with experience in several Cloud Platform.
- In-depth knowledge of network technology, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.
- Proven ability to develop and execute infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team.
