Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as the senior-level, strategic interface and trusted advisor, sharing ownership for both business strategy and business results.
- Breaks down the silos separating business and IT functions to optimize cohesive organizational effectiveness.
- Stimulates, surfaces, and shapes demand for IT capabilities and assets, in addition to ensuring that the potential business value from those capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized
- Capability to plan and execute business continuity processes aligned with IT Disaster Recovery processes
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
Work Experience
- 15 years of in-depth information technology leadership experience and/or Manufacturing/Supply Chain systems experience including demonstrated management-level technology leadership with global responsibility
- Experience required leading the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that cross multiple information technology functions and geographies.
- In-depth knowledge of network technology, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors and contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment to meet commitments.
- Financial acumen required in the areas of cost center P&L’s, Balance Sheet/Capex, labor cost, and business case cash flows and NPV/ROI.
- Conflict resolution skills, specific to prioritizing projects for funding and execution, facilitating corporate, global, and region priorities
- Ability to communicate with executives effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels and effectively with business partners in Supply Chain locations.
- Collaboration, influencing, marketing problem-solving, project management and budget planning and variance management
