Your Role :
As a Personal Training Sales Specialist , youre more than a salespersonyoure a goal-getter and dream-builder. Youll :

Connect with potential clients through tours, consultations, and outreach efforts.Promote personal training services through effective sales techniques within the health club setting.Create personalized packages that align with client goals.Celebrate client milestones and successesyoull be their biggest cheerleader!Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.Collaborate with trainers to ensure seamless program delivery.Greet Members and Guests : Welcome everyone with a friendly demeanor as they enter the gym.Answer Phones and Emails : Handle inquiries about memberships, hours, and services.Membership Sales : Provide information about membership options, pricing, and promotions.Check-In Members : Verify memberships and check guests into the facility.Resolve Member Issues : Address complaints, concerns, or feedback promptly and professionally.Provide Basic Fitness Information : Answer general questions about equipment and classes.Qualifications :
High-energy, positive attitude, and relentless drive.Strong communication and persuasion skills.At least 2-3 years of sales experience.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours : 20 40 per week
Shift Hours : 4,8 & 10 (morning, day, evening, night, weekend)
