Location: Saudi Arabia – Rotational Assignment (Rotational schedule negotiable and will be determined prior to hire)

SUMMARY
The International Operations Support Coordinator ensures operational excellence and quality by coordinating logistics for personnel and equipment to job sites in compliance with DOT/HAZMAT/HSE regulations in all areas where NCS operates. The role involves working closely with service companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork for invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
Tracer Diagnostics Product Line
- Provide logistic support for tracer services.
- Ensure completion of all job paperwork upon completion of tracer operations and upload into the SharePoint portal for invoicing.
Well Construction Product Line
- Review Torque and Drag reports to ensure proper AirLock deployment.
- Assist with the assembly and make-up of AirLock subs as needed.
- Coordinate with Wellsite Supervisors and IES logistics to ensure timely delivery of AirLock assemblies.
- Complete and file paperwork related to AirLock installation in SharePoint.
- Maintain AirLock installation tracking sheet.
All Product Lines
- Review and forward all required reports to appropriate personnel for execution after jobs.
- Provide professional front-line logistics support for customers.
- Collaborate with customers, rig, frac, and third-party personnel under stressful conditions.
- Accurately complete and submit field service orders, including photos.
- Communicate daily operations updates to the International Operations team.
- Report non-conformance in a timely manner.
- Ensure all NCS tools and equipment are maintained and inspected before and after each job.
- Support and enforce HS&E policies and procedures of NCS and the customer.
- Align individual goals with NCS corporate goals and adhere to the NCS Promise.
- Participate in Personal Development for Success (PDS).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information
- This is a rotational assignment requiring travel to Saudi Arabia, with stays up to 90 days at a time before rotating back to the home country for time off.
- The position is based in Saudi Arabia, with a 48-hour workweek.
