Experience with Wireless Network Deployments and working with a Managed Service Partner (MSP) would be great. Strong Documentation / communication skills a must.
POSITION OVERVIEW :
We are seeking an Operations Network Specialist to maintain, monitor, and support the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in incident resolution, troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining network devices and services in a fast-paced operational environment.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide comprehensive operational support for all aspects of the network as well as related functions.
- Monitor and maintain all network infrastructure.
- Upgrade, harden, and configure all network infrastructure nodes / systems.
- Prepare and maintain Network documentation for all aspects within scope including network configurations and policies.
- Contribute to design and planning efforts for new sites as well as upgrades / expansions for existing sites.
