Wrestling Profile Evaluator Job Details
The Wrestling Profile Evaluator will work with the Recruiting Coaches and assist them in their evaluation of players. This position is a part time, seasonal role that is has a flexible work schedule of 20-29 hours per week. You will be provided with a list of players daily to evaluate and document their skills for our team to match them up with potential programs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate each video and provide details on strengths and weaknesses of the player in question
- Assign a star rating to the student-athlete upon completion of the evaluation
- Match the recruiting profile with colleges at which the student-athlete would be a good fit
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Recruiting Services Manager
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of and the ability to evaluate the skill set and athleticism of an athlete
- Awareness of what talent levels match up with the various levels of college
- Must be self-motivated and driven
- Experience playing, coaching, and/or recruiting at the college level
- Former collegiate athlete or former/current collegiate coach
- Strong writing and typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM)
Additional Information:
- This is a seasonal, part-time position with an anticipated end date
- Individuals that excel in this role will have the opportunity to pursue other positions with NCSA
