Event Coordinator & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Wenatchee, WA (Hybrid – must live in Wenatchee or within a 15-minute drive of our HQ)
Hours: 20–30 hours/week
Compensation: $20–$24/hour, depending on experience in events, administration, and education
Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses available

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented team member to support event coordination, sales, social media, and administrative operations across our businesses. This hybrid role involves both in-person work at our Wenatchee location and remote tasks. Ideal for someone who enjoys creative events, community building, and staying on top of the details.
Key Responsibilities:
Host Wenatchee:
- Coordinate and manage 4–6 public ticketed events per month
- Assist with booking and planning private events
- Respond to inquiries and manage venue calendar
- Promote event opportunities and manage applications
- Develop and post social media content to increase engagement
- Assist with weekend staff scheduling and communication
NCW Event Rentals & Lit Letters:
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Build accurate quotes and assist with bookings
- Support client communication and scheduling
- Help with inventory updates and warehouse organization as needed
General Duties:
- Email and calendar management
- Client follow-ups and CRM updates
- Support event logistics, load-ins/outs, and general administrative tasks
Schedule & Availability:
- Start date is flexible, but onboarding must begin no later than early May
- Guaranteed 20 hours/week to start, with the opportunity to grow to 30–40 hours/week
- In-person hours required 3 days per week (9 AM–3 PM), with flexibility for additional in-person days as needed
- Additional hours may be worked remotely depending on workload
- Must be available for occasional evening and weekend events based on the event schedule
- Sundays off unless extra support is needed
Education:
- Required:High school diploma or equivalent
* Preferred:
* Associate degree (AA) or
* Bachelor’s degree in administration, business, communications, hospitality, or a related field
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines
- Experience with Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic office tools
* Bonus: Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mindset
