- Creating a superior client experience via phone and electronic channels for N&D® agents, policyholders, and internal clients
Attentively listening to caller needs
Responding to inquiries in a timely, effective, and professional mannerCompleting all tasks and interactions with high qualityProviding technical support for N&D®'s agency and policyholder portalsProperly documenting client interactionsRecording of inquiries, comments, and transactions processed
Following team Standardized Operating Procedures and contributing to themInternally recommending improvements in processes for a better experience for clientsPrimarily specialized in one component within Service Operations (e.g. Policyholder Services (Billing, Claims, MyInsurance / Policyholder Portal), Agency & Underwriting Services (AgentPak® Application Inquiries, Billing, Claims), etc.)Taking on related tasks, assignments, and ad hoc projects as requiredQualifications :
