Southeast Human Service Center - Fargo, ND - Administrative Assistant - Temporary (part-time)
Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for the ND Department of Health and Human services, you will endure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual for a part-time, temporary position that will involve data reporting and analysis, managing communication with the court system, and providing guidance and training to other team members. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with behavioral health court processes and a deep understanding of the court orders that the Human Service Center (HSC) handles in accordance with the State of North Dakota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and analyze data reports on a regular basis.
- Serve as the main point of contact for communication with the court system.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure proficiency in court processes.
- Ensure compliance with the North Dakota Century Code (NDCC) for Human Service Centers.
- Expertly handle and manage court orders related to HSC operations.
To thrive in this position, you must be an action-oriented problem-solver. You are able to work independently as well as in groups and can juggle multiple, detailed tasks. You are able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all types of people. You exemplify the ideals of respect, confidentiality, courtesy, and helpfulness. You have the ability to effectively train others on complex tasks.
To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling and processing behavioral health court documents. Expert knowledge of court orders managed by the Human Service Center. In-depth understanding of compliance requirements for the NDCC. Proficiency in keyboarding, specific software, grammar, spelling skills may be required.
