Mountain Lakes Human Service Zone - Human Service Aide - Devils Lake
Mountain Lakes Human Service Zone is seeking a Human Service Aide (36-36-6127) for the Child Welfare/Family Service Department to provide safe transportation to children and families to and from appointments using an agency vehicle.
Human Service Aide example of duties:
- Transporting children and families safely to and from appointments using an agency vehicle.
- Coordinating services for families
- Supervise parenting time for children placed out of the home
- Accurately document activities using electronic visit verification and/or paper logs
To succeed in this position, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, collaboration, and decision-making skills. You will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community. You will have strong attention to detail, be able to manage your time and priorities effectively and pride yourself on excellent communication skills, empathy, and being a team player.
To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or GED and two (2) years of work experience providing care to special populations.
Mountain Lakes Human Service Zone would consider filling this position as a Human Service Aide underfill, which requires a high school diploma or GED and one (1) year of work experience providing care to special populations.
Frequent travel throughout the state of North Dakota is required.
