West Central Human Service Center - Bismarck, ND - Registration Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registration Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the business office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Registration: Register new clients and ensure all necessary financial and demographic information is accurately entered and updated.
- Insurance & Prior Authorizations: Review insurance coverage, submit prior authorizations, and assist with insurance inquiries to ensure clients receive timely care.
- Financial Eligibility: Assess and determine financial eligibility for services, providing clients with clear and helpful information regarding their coverage.
- Billing & Insurance Support: Assist clients with billing questions and concerns, ensuring all inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally.
- Telehealth Support: Help clients connect with telehealth services and navigate any technical issues to ensure a seamless virtual experience.
- Client Flow Coordination: Manage the flow of clients through the Open Access system, ensuring all processes run smoothly and clients are supported.
To be considered for this position , you are required to have a High School diploma or equivalent, and three years of work experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical or secretarial work. Additional education in office support, business, or office education may substitute for the experience requirements on a year-for-year basis for up to two years. This position also requires excellent interpersonal skills. Preference will be given for work in Behavioral Health Clinics, or prior work with Human Resource functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or office setting is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Team, and Word.
