North Dakota State Hospital - Jamestown, ND - Security Supervisor
Differential pay: $.80/hr. for evening work and $1.00/hr. weekend shift
As a Security Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising security staff in policy and standard operating procedures. This person will plan work assignments, schedule and evaluate security personnel as well as assist the Director with investigations, projects, and security violations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing direct security services and functions to assure the security of all populations and programs. Provide safety for all personnel, clients, visitors, contractors, and volunteers through the use of the security system.
Furthermore, this role will be instrumental in providing development, revisions, and implementation of policy, procedures, emergency management, and security operating programs in compliance with industry and Joint Commission standards, this position will also provide security training to all staff.
To be considered for this position , you are required to have a high school diploma or GED, and a combination of at least four (4) years of training, education, and/or work experience in security operations, law enforcement, or closely related field. Must have two (2) years direct work experience in security or law enforcement.
