ND Landscape Services has been providing Full-Service
Landscaping for clients in the North Shore and Metro North area since 1980. We
are seeking to hire Landscape Maintenance Crew Leaders and Crewmembers
who will be responsible for various tasks related to the installation and
construction of outdoor landscapes.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
AS A CREW LEADER/FOREMAN:
- Lead and coordinate crewmembers to ensure properties are well-maintained and that crews are demonstrating proper use of tools and proper allocation of resources.
- Ensure all crewmembers always obey health and safety regulations.
- Train new hires and existing crewmembers as needed.
- Work within a crew to provide seasonal services in a timely manner to ensure our customers’ properties look beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Services may include spring/fall clean-ups, mowing, planting, pruning, weeding and more!
AS A CREWMEMBER:
- Under the direction of a Foreman, work within a crew to provide seasonal services in a timely manner to ensure our customers’ properties look beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Services may include spring/fall clean-ups, mowing, planting, weeding and more!

WHAT IT TAKES
- Valid Driver’s License
- Crew Leaders/Foreman: 3 years of experience in Landscape Maintenance with 1 years of experience as a Foreman, running jobs
- Crewmembers: experience in Landscape Maintenance preferred, however we are willing to train the right individuals to be industry professionals
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Able to work long hours as needed and in a variety of weather conditions
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position (e.g., walk, lift, bend, push, pull, etc.)
