We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Call Center Manager to lead our team, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Must have previous experience with Call Center Financial Products:
Merchant Cash advance,
Lines of Credit,
SBA business loans,
or anything similar.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, managing a team of customer service representatives- GET A CUT OF EVERY SALE MADE.
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to team members. Be a team leader!
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters team morale and motivation.
- Be your team closer for all open applicants.
- Screen and train all new employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or in a similar leadership role within a call center environment.
- Strong understanding of call center operations and performance metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve goals.
- Be Extremely efficient in Sales!
- MUST Have experience in this field or similar.
