Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers in a compelling and engaging way.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Work closely with the team to identify sales opportunities and strategies.
• Follow up on leads and prospects, nurturing relationships to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (call center or retail experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and driven by success and earning potential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
