Compensation ($26.50 - $30.00 hourly)
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At ND Packaging, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Job Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment.
- Follow all quality and operating requirements.
- Utilize Kiwi and other systems to ensure information is documented and instructions and line-ups are followed.
- Read and follow instructions such as production order requirements, CAD drawings, factory specifications.
- Able to apply basic math to ensure product is manufactured to specifications.
- Complete accurate, timely and thorough reporting and documentation.
- Perform and / or monitor all necessary adjustments.
- Ability to perform all corrugator positions.
- Perform and / or monitor all necessary adjustments.
- Ability to perform all corrugator positions.
- Identify and document maintenance work orders and interact with maintenance team to resolve issues.
- Perform all quality testing and documentation as per required frequency.
- Lead crew members to optimally perform all tasks, including but not limited to housekeeping, preventative maintenance, cleanup, machine operation, troubleshooting, timely setup.
- Perform all set up tasks within the allotted time resulting in machine operating at target speeds, uptime, waste and quality parameters.
- Operate the equipment as per the OEM and Company requirements including but not limited to operating parameters, speed, uptime, quality and general workmanship.
- Train team members to operate and assist.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
- Perform all additional duties as assigned.
