The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At ND Paper, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

Position Overview
The Pulp & Utilities Administrative Assistant will assist with a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, reporting, and purchase requisitions. This role requires a proactive individual who can move between locations and act as a resource for various teams. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities and ensuring safety and efficiency in all tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
- Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments across multiple departments.
- Data Entry & Reporting : Accurately input and maintain data, generate reports, and assist with tracking department metrics.
- Purchase Requisitions & Service Entries : Process purchase requisitions and service entries as needed.
- Filing : Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access to records.
- General Administrative Support : Provide general administrative assistance across Pulp & Utilities departments.
- Multitask : Serve as a resource to multiple teams, taking on tasks from all areas of the mill as needed.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to sit, stand, twist, and lift without assistance.
- Flexibility : Ability to move between locations as required.
- Safety : Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.
- Miscellaneous Tasks : Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Qualifications :
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM.
