Traffic Specialist - Rumford, Maine
Compensation $43,800-$54,800
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge / skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At ND Paper, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

We are looking to hire top talent to join our dynamic team! ND Paper offers full benefits and a competitive compensation. We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Specialists to join our team.
The Traffic Specialist will work under the direction of the OM Manager and report to the Shipping Supervisor. This is a full-time salaried position. The hours of the position will be 12hr shifts on a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
Job Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
- Responsible for processing outbound truck shipments and all incoming equipment
- Coordinates and schedules rail switching activities
- Works closely with the Mill’s 3rd party switching contractors.
- Processes and maintains the necessary paperwork including bill of laden, customs documents, and other logistics related documents.
- Maintains and updates local database for both rail and truck traffic.
- Maintains and updates databases for rail traffic
- Generate vehicle reports as needed
- Supports the Order Management and Logistics departments as needed.
