JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Operations will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Career Innovation Center and the 19th Avenue Fargo locations. This role will be responsible for day-to-day operations, workforce affairs oversight, fostering and building strategic partnerships, and ongoing collaborations with NDSCS Student Affairs and Academic Affairs. The Executive Director will supervise a team of staff members, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the site(s) in alignment with the institution's mission, vision, values, and goals.

SALARY: $105,000 - $120,000, commensurate with education and experience
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a higher education or related setting.
- Proven ability to manage operations, supervise staff, and foster partnerships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a site with minimal direct supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in K-12 educational leadership.
- Knowledge of, and experience in CTE curriculum.
