Position Overview
ND3 Inc is building a team of System and Security Experts to provide information technology and information assurance services, along with multi-disciplinary security and specialized analytical protection support. Our Help Desk Technicians will provide support to end users on a variety of issues. They identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Responsibilities
- The Help Desk Technicians will also be responsible for the following duties:
- Software installation and support of commercial software and related upgrades
- Update solutions database with applicable resolutions
- Problem solving, hardware/software installation and configuration based on computing standards, and client support for all network and desktop
- Monitors and enforces all IT policies and procedures
- Assist with setting up new users in IDAM and multiple level security LDAP profiles
- Installs and configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and related hardware
- Maintains, upgrades and repairs PCs/laptops and Window desktop applications for all systems
- Other duties as assigned - Active Directory Experience

Position requires 2 years of experience and must pass a background check. Secret clearance is preferable but not required depending on which job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
