What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Operations Center Technician position at ND3 Inc.?
Scope of Work and Requirements - The System Administrator candidate must possess a solid working knowledge of networks, servers and desktop applications with the ability to multitask while monitoring and working through issues on both phone calls and emails. In addition the candidate should be familiar with the following:
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and network issues as well as Active Directory administration; Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019; Microsoft Office 2016 and O365 including Outlook and Microsoft Exchange, basic Cisco switch administration using PuTTY; AirWatch software supporting iOS devices including iPads and iPhones; System Center Service Manager (SCSM) ticketing software; VMware and/or vSphere administration; Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2016 used for imaging, application installs and security updates; troubleshooting EVoIP phones
- SolarWinds or Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) knowledge/experience will be given extra consideration.
- A college degree or 3 years work experience in lieu of degree.
