NDI Engineering Company is seeking a Part Time Program Management/Administrative Assistant to join our team at NAWCAD Lakehurst.
The ideal candidate will be an organized individual with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while juggling requests and other priority task and have experience compiling and analyzing data and developing reports using Microsoft Office products. Additionally, this candidate will have knowledge and experience in office management ordering supplies and tracking employee information, and a willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast paced work team environment.
Individual with a financial background to develop Purchase Orders (POs), Request for Quotes (RFQs), and Invoices is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Financial Support- Providing financial support to the NAWCAD Lakehurst Science and Technology (S&T) Technical Office to for and funds tracking/task planning and portfolio management, including cost, schedule and performance tracking. Other tasks include technical analysis, planning and tracking project return on investment (ROI), asset tracking and support resulting in work products for the S&T team.
- Reporting- develop bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. This will include consolidating information from multiple personnel to track work being completed each period.
- Other duties may include Office Management- will be assigned to develop/update office supplies POs, track office supplies inventory (re-ordering supplies when required), manage employee training records/renewal dates, and provide office administrative support to the team.
- Must be a US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.
- Individual shall possess a High school diploma or GED but a technical background is highly desired as it relates to project management.
- This work is NOT remote. Working in Lakehurst, NJ is required.
- Organized individual who is able to track and meet scheduled deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to follow work instructions and work somewhat independently are highly desirable traits.
