Job Description

Location : New Jersy (Must work onsite)

Job Responsibilities :

Ensure the quality and functionality of mainframe and web applications.
Design and execute test cases, analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance.
Develop detailed test cases and test data based on requirements, conduct manual testing focusing on functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
Execute test cases on mainframe environments and validate data accuracy in DB2.
Log, track the defects and perform Root cause analysis of the defect.
Collaborate with cross functional team
Prepare and present the test results and metrics.

Skills and Experience Required :

3 -5 years of experience in QA testing

Experience in working with large data sets, data validation and SQL queries

Knowledge of test management tools - JIRA

Work experience with Agile methodologies and scrum framework

Good Analytical skills and attitude to learn new skills

Problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and Interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Desired :

Familiarity with mainframe testing tools and Automation testing

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
