What You Will Do
- Work with the team to 'build quality in' and prevent defects
- Work with Product Management, Business Analysts, Developers and Solution Architects to gain a thorough understanding of solution requirements and help form and / or clarify acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated and manual tests, design and implement automated test capabilities and perform exploratory testing.
- Work in an agile team representing the quality perspective by identifying risks, developing mitigation plans and ultimately gaining consensus on the test approach.
- Make and own the implementation of recommendations about the improvement of the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the testing activities and processes.
