Overview
NDL Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Assistant for new building construction and tenant improvement build-outs. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires optimum performance with general knowledge of construction materials, project start-up, construction and project close-out. Candidate possesses the ability to generate and track required submittals, track Request for Information, (RFIs), distribute and track Subcontract agreements, and attend and document weekly project meetings. This position requires meeting deadlines on multiple, simultaneously operating projects. The ability to communicate and work effectively and professionally with others including staff (in-house), field employees, Tenants, subcontractors and Owners.
Additional Responsibilities
Work with the Project Manager to ensure Project Superintendents have all necessary documentation required to execute construction activities with selected subcontractors and vendors. Assist Project Managers with coordination, project tracking and documentation. Distribute and track documentation related to Schedule impacts, Contract Changes, Request for Information, Submittals and tracking related to the aforementioned responsibilities. Assemble and provide project folders for the project Superintendents, which will include but is not limited to NDL’s Safety Program, subcontractor contact list, project construction documents, and SDS information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Three (3) years of direct experience as a Project Administrator / Project Assistant.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a PA with a commercial and/or industrial General Contractor.
- Experience with DocuSign, MS Word, MS Excel and
- Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
