Line Cook Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest standard of Quality, Service, & Cleanliness.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
- Working together as a team to get high quality food out in a timely manner.
- Answer, report, and follow QC/Manager instructions.
- Clean up station and complete all side work.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
- Follow all company policies and standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Guest-oriented service representative to provide engaging warm service.
- Effectively ring up on the register accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to walk the guest through the order efficiently while presenting the full menu of choices.
- Identify and assess customer needs and be able to adapt service style to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Understand the 4 purposes of upselling and meet personal/team target sales goals.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
- Comply with sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
- Provide pricing information, answer questions, and deal with difficult guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- Ring up discounts, track coupons, saves signed receipts, & collects cash/credit transactions.
